How a project actually runs.
From first enquiry to final handover, here's the stage-by-stage model every package follows — what happens, what we need from you, and roughly how long each stage takes.

Engagement timeline
- 01 1–3 business days
Enquiry & scoping
You tell us the discipline and scope. We confirm the closest published package, or scope a bespoke price for anything the eighteen packages don't cover.
Client does — Describes the goal and any constraints (deadline, budget range).
- 02 Invoice sent within 1 business day of order
Order & invoice
You check out online (or accept a bespoke quote), and we issue a real invoice — payable on account, auf Rechnung.
Client does — Completes checkout or confirms the bespoke quote in writing.
- 03 Within 3–5 business days of invoice
Kickoff
We confirm scope, timeline and exactly what we need from you, by email or a short call — no lengthy discovery workshop unless your package includes one.
Client does — Shares existing materials, brand assets, access and any content required.
- 04 Per package — 2–8 weeks depending on discipline and tier
Design & production
Work proceeds in the stages set out in your specific package's process section (see each service page), with review points built in rather than one big reveal at the end.
Client does — Stays reachable for the scheduled review points.
- 05 Within the revision rounds stated per package; feedback turned around within 5 business days keeps the project on its stated timeline
Review & revision
You review work at the agreed checkpoints and use your package's included revision rounds.
Client does — Gives specific, consolidated feedback within the agreed response window.
- 06 At the turnaround date stated in your package
Delivery & handover
Final files, source files and full usage rights are handed over on completion, per each package's stated file formats and IP terms.
Client does — Confirms receipt and sign-off.
What happens after checkout
- 01 Order confirmation — You get an order reference immediately, plus a confirmation email.
- 02 Invoice — A real invoice, payable auf Rechnung, arrives by email within one business day.
- 03 Kickoff — We confirm scope, timeline and what we need from you, by email or a short call.
- 04 First milestone — Work begins on the confirmed start date; you'll hear from us at the first review point set out in your package's process.
Client responsibilities
What we typically need from you, by stage
- 01 Existing brand assets and materials (logo files, brand guidelines, prior packaging or site content), at kickoff.
- 02 Product, platform or system access where relevant (staging environment, CMS login, product samples), at kickoff.
- 03 Written content for pages or packaging copy where the package doesn't include copywriting, by the date agreed at kickoff.
- 04 Specific, consolidated feedback at each review point — one round of notes per reviewer, not a rolling stream of individual comments.
- 05 A single point of sign-off authority, so revision rounds resolve decisions rather than reopening them.
