SERVICE 01
Brand Identity & Strategy
A positioning and identity system built to hold for a decade — not a logo refresh due for another one in three years.
FIXED PRICE — FROM €4,900
Scope
A positioning statement is a sentence, argued and rewritten until every word in it survives a disagreement. It comes first.
This service covers positioning, naming logic (where a new name or sub-brand name is genuinely in scope), and the full visual identity system that expresses the resulting position — mark, type, colour, imagery direction and application rules, documented so the identity survives contact with a print shop, a trade-fair stand builder, or a new hire in marketing who never sat in the room.
Not included — Website design and build (see Web Design & Development), packaging structural design (see Packaging & Print), paid media production, and legal trademark registration — we can flag an obvious conflict during naming work, but formal trademark search and filing sits with a trademark attorney, not with us.
What you receive
- 01 A written positioning statement and the reasoning behind it, not just a tagline.
- 02 A primary mark, secondary/lockup variants, and construction rules.
- 03 A colour system with accessible pairings specified, not just hex codes.
- 04 A type system for both the identity and its everyday business use (documents, presentations).
- 05 Guidelines documented for an engineering-literal audience — what to do and, as importantly, what not to do.
- 06 Editable source files (native app files, not just exports) and print-ready application templates (stationery, presentation cover).
- 07 File formats: native design files, PDF guidelines, SVG/EPS vector mark, PNG/WebP raster exports at the sizes specified in the guidelines.
- 08 IP transfer: full copyright and usage rights transfer to you on final payment. Until then, work is licensed for review only.

FAQ
01 Do you design a completely new identity, or can you evolve what we have?
Both — the scope depends on what's actually wrong. Sometimes the mark is fine and the problem is that no one ever documented how to use it consistently. We tell you which situation you're in during discovery, before any design work starts.
02 We already have a name we like. Can we skip the naming stage?
Yes. Naming is only part of the Signature and Enterprise tiers, and only where you want it — Essential and any tier can proceed straight to identity design against an existing name.
03 How many design directions will we see?
One considered direction, developed properly, rather than three shallow options to choose between. It's built from the positioning work, not guessed at — if it's wrong, we revise it within the included rounds rather than starting over from a different concept.
04 Do you handle trademark registration?
No. We can flag an obvious naming conflict we notice during the work, but formal trademark search and filing needs a trademark attorney. We're happy to hand off clean naming rationale to whoever you use.
05 Who owns the final files?
You do, in full, once the package is paid in full. Before that, work is shared for review under a limited licence — this is standard and stated in the Terms.
