Scope
This service covers structural and graphic packaging design, print collateral, and the production documentation that gets a design through a printer's press check and a retailer's compliance review without a delay to your launch date. A render that looks right and a file that prints right are two different disciplines — we don't hand over the first and call it done.
Not included — Physical print production itself (we design and prepare print-ready files; the print run is placed with your printer, or one we can recommend), packaging structural engineering for entirely new pack formats requiring physical prototyping and drop-testing, and retailer contract negotiation.

Structural layout, material and finish recommendations, and production documentation — developed together, not handed over separately.

- 03 Mandatory label information laid out correctly (ingredients, weights, barcode placement) — your compliance content, our layout discipline.
- 04 Print-ready files: CMYK, correct bleed and trim marks, proofing-ready.
- 05 Retailer compliance checked against the standard requirements you supply (barcode placement, shelf-standout at typical glance distance).
- 06 File formats: native design files, print-ready PDF (CMYK, dieline layer), and separated production files as your printer requires.
- 07 IP transfer: full ownership of design and structural files transfers to you on final payment.

01 Do you place the print order for us?
No — we prepare print-ready files and can recommend printers we trust, but the print run is placed and paid by you directly with your chosen printer. This keeps you in control of print cost, minimums and delivery timing.
02 Can you match our retailer's specific compliance requirements?
Yes, as long as you supply the retailer's compliance checklist — barcode placement, mandatory label content and any format restrictions are retailer-specific, so we design against your real document rather than a generic standard.
03 What's a dieline, and do we need to provide one?
A dieline is the flat, cut-and-fold layout a printer builds your pack from. If your packaging format already exists, share the current dieline; if it's new, structural dieline development is included in scope.
04 How many SKUs count as a "range"?
Up to six SKUs sharing one structural dieline family is what the Range tier covers. A larger or structurally varied range is scoped under Retail Rollout.
05 What if the printer's proof doesn't match the design?
That's exactly what the proofing round is for — we review the physical or digital proof against the approved design and flag any deviation before the full run is committed.
