SERVICE 03
UI/UX & Product Design
A systemized product design practice your team can pick up and keep moving — not a closed set of screens that goes stale the week it ships.
FIXED PRICE — FROM €5,400
Scope
This service covers UX audit and redesign of your product's core flows, and the component system that makes those flows consistent to build and easy to extend. We design for handoff from the first sketch — every screen resolves to a documented, reusable component, not a one-off Figma frame that has to be redrawn the next time a similar screen is needed.
Not included — Front-end implementation (we hand off developer-ready specifications; your engineering team, or ours under a separate Web Design engagement, builds it), and ongoing product management or roadmap work — we design what's scoped, not the backlog around it.
Handoff, made concrete
Every UI element, shown twice
Once inside a real screen, and once in isolation, on a ruled specimen sheet — states, spacing and variants labelled the way a type specimen labels weights.
What you receive
- 01 A UX audit of your current core flows, with specific friction points identified.
- 02 Redesigned flows for the screens in scope, reviewed against real usage, not just aesthetics.
- 03 A documented component library: buttons, inputs, cards and patterns, with states and variants specified.
- 04 Interaction and motion specs for anything not obvious from a static screen.
- 05 Developer-ready handoff notes (spacing, breakpoints, edge cases).
- 06 File formats: Figma source files with organised, named layers and components; a shared handoff document (PDF or Figma dev-mode link).
- 07 IP transfer: full ownership of design files and the component library transfers to you on final payment.

FAQ
01 Do you design in our existing Figma file or a new one?
Either — we can work inside your file structure or set up a clean one, whichever keeps the component library easiest for your team to maintain going forward. We agree this during kickoff.
02 How many flows count as "core"?
Whatever your users touch most and your team argues about most — usually onboarding, the primary task loop, and settings/billing. We confirm the exact list with you before the audit starts, so the Sprint tier's 3-flow cap is never a surprise.
03 Do you build the front end, or just design it?
We design and specify; your engineering team (or ours, under a separate Web Design & Development engagement) builds it. The handoff package exists specifically so that step doesn't require us in the room.
04 What if our product changes mid-project?
Minor changes are normal and absorbed into the process. A scope change large enough to affect timeline or price is agreed in writing before it's built — never assumed.
05 Is this a one-off, or do you maintain the system afterward?
This package is the one-off build. Ongoing maintenance and new-pattern requests as your product grows are what Design Retainer is for — several clients move from this page straight there.
