Scope
This service covers the design and build of a marketing or product site: information architecture, page design, a static-first build, and the performance and SEO foundations that make the site actually load fast and rank correctly — not just look right in a design file. We design and build in the same team, so what ships matches what was approved, without a second vendor re-interpreting the design in code.
Not included — Ongoing content writing (we structure the pages; you or a copywriter fill recurring content unless a package states otherwise), paid media setup, and custom backend systems beyond what's stated per package — a site with complex application logic is scoped as a bespoke Commerce-tier engagement, not assumed into a fixed package.

- 03 Responsive layouts tested across real device breakpoints, not just a browser resize.

- 06 A working contact or enquiry form with validation and a real success state.
- 07 File formats: full source repository handover, design files, and a deployment guide.
- 08 IP transfer: full ownership of code and design transfers to you on final payment.

01 Why static-first instead of a full CMS platform?
Because most marketing and product sites don't need a server rendering pages on every request — they need pages that load in a fraction of a second and don't require ongoing platform maintenance. Where you genuinely need dynamic, database-backed functionality, we scope that explicitly rather than defaulting every project to it.
02 Can you work with our existing hosting?
In most cases, yes — a static-first build deploys to almost any standard host. We confirm hosting compatibility during the Structure & content mapping stage, before design work starts.
03 Will we be able to update the site ourselves after launch?
Growth and Commerce include CMS integration for exactly this. Launch is built for content that changes rarely; if you expect to update pages often, Growth is the better starting tier.
04 What happens if our content isn't ready on time?
We build page structure and design against placeholder content that matches your real word counts where possible. Final content is needed before launch QA — a delay here shifts the launch date but doesn't restart the build.
05 Do you handle SEO beyond the technical foundation?
This package covers the structural and technical SEO foundation — correct headings, metadata, sitemap, performance. Ongoing content-led SEO strategy is a separate, longer-term discipline we can discuss under Design Retainer.
