Kornmark
Packaging & Print
A small-batch grain-spirit and coffee brand's first regional supermarket listing came with a fixed onboarding deadline and the retailer's own compliance checklist — across a range, not a single SKU.

The problem
Kornmark is a fictional small-batch grain-spirit and coffee CPG brand entering a regional supermarket chain's shelves for the first time. The retail listing came with a fixed onboarding deadline and the retailer's own packaging compliance checklist — barcode placement, mandatory label information, shelf standout at a two-metre glance distance. The packaging had to be render-beautiful and production-exact at the same time, across a small range rather than a single SKU.

01
Dieline-accurate design across a range.
A shared structural dieline family across the range's SKUs, so production stayed efficient without every product looking identical.

02
Print-production literacy.
Substrate, finish and proofing decisions made with the actual print run in mind, not chosen for how they'd render in a mockup.

03
Retailer-compliant point-of-sale collateral.
Shelf and header-card collateral built to the retailer's real compliance constraints, not a generic POS template.
