Ostpark Betriebe
Design Retainer
A small hospitality group's steady drip of seasonal menus, event collateral and signage updates — too continuous for one-off projects, not yet enough to justify an in-house hire.

The problem
Ostpark Betriebe is a fictional small hospitality group operating a handful of restaurants and event venues. No single big rebrand was needed — instead, a continuous drip of smaller design requests: seasonal menu redesigns, event collateral, social templates, signage updates. A one-off project engagement structure couldn't serve that pattern well, and an in-house hire wasn't yet justified by the volume.

01
Sustained design-system stewardship.
Every new menu or collateral piece built to extend the existing system rather than reinvent it — consistency maintained across many small deliverables instead of one large one.

02
A queued, monthly-capacity working model.
Requests handled through a shared queue with a stated cadence, the same operating model the Design Retainer service is built on.

03
Judgement calls made without a fresh brief each time.
Enough documented system logic in place that a seasonal menu update didn't need a full kickoff conversation to get right.
